Here is some places, that you can use to upload and where "Hotlinking" is allowed.  
They dosent put weird watermarks or other restrictions on.

http://sharimages.com/ - Great for Gif.
http://www.ultraimg.com/ - Good for random imagefiles, inclusive Gif too.
http://imgbox.com/ - Good for random imagefiles, inclusive Gif too.
https://imgur.com/ - Great for normal pictures (not for Gif).
http://www.socwall.com/ - Great for wallpapers or big images (not for Gif).
